Our client, is seeking a talented developer to join their IP Development team, working on high quality, user focused software in a collaborative, forward thinking environment.

Working arrangement: Hybrid (once per month in the London office)

The Role

• As a Full Stack Developer, you will:
• Design, build, and maintain Front End and Back End components of scalable web applications
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow engineers to deliver user focused solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, and well structured code
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and coding standards
• Support architectural and technical decision making aligned with long term platform goals
• Contribute to testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high quality delivery
• Work within Agile delivery frameworks, actively participating in planning, refinement, and retrospectives
• Improve development processes, tooling, and automation across the team
• Leverage AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to enhance development workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with modern Front End frameworks, particularly React
• Proficiency in TypeScript and building Server Side applications
• Experience with Back End frameworks such as NestJS, Spring Boot, or similar
• Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
• Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (ideally Azure, AWS also beneficial)
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including testing and code quality
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teams
• Experience using AI assisted development tools, or a strong interest in adopting AI in modern software development
