Pay: £40,000.00 – £51,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependent. What’s on offer: Full-time, permanent position Hybrid working model – a mix of office-based and remote working Location: Reading Competitive salary + 10% annual bonus paid quarterly (Bonus paid as 2.5% of salary every quarter, based on quality and productivity) Your role: As a Functional Assessor, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for PIP and WCA benefits. You’ll produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decision-making, helping people access the support they need.
