Step into an International Trainer role at the forefront of one of the most exciting brands in clinical luxury skincare, based in London.The RoleThis is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, internationally recognised skincare brand as an International Trainer and Senior Therapist. Working directly with the Global Head of Aesthetics, you will be at the centre of a world-class spa education programme, inspiring therapists across the globe and ensuring that every treatment delivered carries the brandās signature standard of clinical excellence.Key responsibilities include:Implementing the global spa training strategy to support business initiativesFacilitating training programmes for internal and external teams across international and UK-based spa accountsBuilding strong, meaningful relationships across a global spa networkExciting and inspiring therapists to enhance their effectiveness and drive sales performanceExplaining ingredients, formulations and treatment benefits in a way that is approachable, engaging and memorableDistributing new training content and programmes to all spa accounts in a timely mannerWorking closely with the Global Head of Aesthetics to build training schedules aligned to product launches and spa prioritiesSupporting special events, activations and PR activities with pre-event and on-site training deliverySound like you?You are a confident, polished and passionate skincare professional with proven spa experience as an aesthetician and a genuine love for education. You hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in face and body treatments, and you know how to hold a room whether it is a small counter team or a large international audience.You communicate with clarity and warmth, translate technical knowledge into compelling content, and bring the kind of energy that leaves therapists genuinely inspired. You are highly organised, detail-led, comfortable with international travel, and at ease working within a premium, fast-moving environment.
