They operate at the intersection of AI, Machine Learning, NLP, IoT, SaaS, and Cloud technologies, and are seeking high-calibre STEM graduates to join as Graduate Technical Engineers, with a structured pathway into Software Engineering.
This role offers early exposure to real systems, real clients, and complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
*Investigate and resolve technical issues across software platforms
*Support system analysis, diagnostics, and performance improvements
*Work across cloud-based and enterprise technology environments
*Assist engineering teams in analysing system behaviour
*Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Contribute to ongoing system and development improvements
Technology Exposure
*Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
*Natural Language Processing (NLP)
*SaaS & Cloud platforms
*IoT / M2M systems
*Unified Communications & Contact Centre technologies
*IT Security & Data Infrastructure
Future development into:
Python | JavaScript | TypeScript | React | C# | .NET | Java | C++
Requirements
*Degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar)
*Minimum 2:1 or above, with A-Levels A-C grades or BTEC Distinctions,
*Strong academic background
*Interest in software systems and technology environments
Desirable
*Exposure to programming languages
*Basic understanding of databases / SQL
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Clear communication ability
