What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of your area and making every shift run smoothly• Creating brilliant guest experiences through pace, care, and consistency• Working closely with your team to deliver high standards every day• Supporting, coaching, and developing those around you• Being hands-on and leading from the front when needed• Keeping standards high across service, food, or operations (role dependent)• Helping build a positive, motivated team culture• Using feedback and insight to keep improving what we do• Playing your part in driving performance, sales, or efficiency (role dependent)
