What youll be doing Completing holistic health assessments via phone, video, or face-to-face Assessing individuals with long-term physical and mental health conditions Applying your clinical reasoning to evaluate functional impact Producing clear, structured, evidence-based reports Working within a calm, supportive, governance-led environment No emergency buzzers. No corridor medicine. No 12-hour shifts. Who this is for You must be: A Registered Adult Nurse, Doctor, Paramedic or Physiotherapist Registered with NMC, GMC or HCPC Have at least 1 year post-registration experience Able to attend a local assessment centre when required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
