CareBrix Solutions Ltd is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Care Assistants and Care Workers for flexible agency shifts across care homes, nursing homes, residential homes and domiciliary care services throughout Birmingham. We have day shifts, night shifts and weekend opportunities available for experienced care professionals.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
We offer flexible agency work, allowing you to choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting mobility and transfers
- Assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care
- Working alongside healthcare professionals and care teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months UK Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
