Our Benefits Include
At Tadley Court we are proud of our reputation for delivering quality education and care services with positive outcomes for children and young people aged 4 to 19 who have experienced difficulties in their previous education placements.
Tadley Court school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well-maintained grounds. We are a day school with six associated Children’s Homes specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding. We offer a safe, structured and predictable environment where students can develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible allowing them to make real life choices as they approach and reach adulthood.
To succeed we need people who share our passion for making a difference and ideally have previous experience of autism (though not essentially as training will be given). We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare and expect all staff to share this commitment.
