We are looking to appoint HLTAs to join Holme Court Hampshire, starting in April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teaching assistants and HLTAs to make a real difference working with a small group of pupils who have additional needs.
The role is full time. Starting in April 2026, you will be supporting and working with small groups of pupils who have additional needs. We are seeking dynamic, inspirational, and highly motivated individuals to join us. You will be enthusiastic, experienced, and well qualified with a good understanding SEND needs.
At Holme Court Hampshire, we believe that every child deserves a learning environment where they are understood, respected, and celebrated. Our independent school specialises in supporting children aged [7–13] with Autism Spectrum Condition and additional needs, we operate a needs-led approach to specialist education that focuses on each pupil’s individual presentation and educational needs, rather than diagnosis alone.

As an HLTA at Holme Court Hampshire you will support a tailored curriculum to pupils aged 7 – 13.
