You’ll manage the entire journey from first enquiry to the moment we hand over the keys. What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers What experience do I need? Proven experience in new homes sales. Able to work Thursday through to Monday (our busiest times!) working 10am – 6pm Thursday/Friday, 11am- 5pm Saturday/Sunday and 11am-6pm on Monday. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A passion for providing exceptional customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable JBRP1_UKTJ
