You’ll inspire and develop your team, plan and execute marketing strategies, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless journey to holiday home ownership – all while hitting and exceeding ambitious targets. 

nWhat you will be doing…n

• n
• Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors and administrators n
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and social media engagement n
• Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and regular 1-2-1s n
• Manage stock and ensure accurate marketing across all channels n
• Support customers from enquiry to handover, including finance options and after-sales care n
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and exceed targets n

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2C environment n
• Experience leading and developing successful sales teams n
• Strong business and financial acumen n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills n
• Resilient, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences n
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods n
