Your new role

As a HR & Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service,bining generalist HR responsibilities with payroll and HR systems work. This is a varied position offering exposure across the employee life cycle as well as involvement in systems and process improvements.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role ( HR Officer / HR Advisor level)
• Strong experience supporting or managing payroll processes
• Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) – iTrent experience desirable but not essential
• Good understanding of employee relations and HR processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
• Confidentmunication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
