Title : Senior Procurement Manager Sector : Non-profit / Housing Birmingham / Hybrid working available Salary & Packag e: £50,000 – £55,000 + a further benefits package Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading non-profit organisations, who work with housing associations and local councils across the country. You will report into the Head of Procurement and be part of the Strategic Procurement team, helping to shape long term procurement strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their procurement foundations and make an immediate impact within a supportive and well-established team. Support the strategy and delivery of new and replacement requirements for frameworks, long term contracts, and Dynamic Market solutions Monitor the completion of project teams deliverables to agreed schedules Support framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards and DPS tenders Consult on regulatory compliance (PCR15/PA23) and advise on procurement best practice Work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager to liaise with Senior Leadership team making sure all member needs are met and represented Experience working with public sector regualtions (Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023) Project management experience or qualification (desirable but not essential)
