We’re scaling aggressively across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, retail, and subscription—and we’re looking for a high-level Influencer & Partnerships Manager who understands how to build creator partnerships that actually drive revenue.

This is not a “brand awareness” influencer role.

The Mission Build and scale Afina’s influencer and creator partnership engine.

Your job is to source creators, negotiate partnerships, manage whitelisting access, launch high-performing partnership ads, and help turn creator content into scalable paid social winners.

You’ll work closely with the creative, growth, and media buying teams to identify winning creators, develop scalable relationships, and drive measurable revenue through influencer content and partnership ads.

What You’ll Actually Do Source and recruit creators, influencers, and UGC talent across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms Build and manage long-term creator partnerships Negotiate usage rights, licensing, and whitelisting permissions Coordinate creator briefs, scripting direction, deliverables, and timelines Work with creative strategists and editors to turn creator content into winning ads Analyze creator and partnership ad performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, and conversion rate Build systems for creator tracking, reporting, testing, and performance feedback loops Use AI tools and sourcing platforms to improve workflows and creator discovery What Success Looks Like More high-performing creator partnerships More scalable whitelisted ads Lower CPA and stronger ROAS from partnership campaigns Faster creator sourcing and testing cycles Significant contribution to revenue growth through creator marketing The Mindset We Want You’re highly proactive and resourceful You move fast and execute without handholding You understand both branding and performance marketing You care about results, not vanity metrics You take ownership and solve problems quickly What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 2+ years managing influencer, creator, or partnership campaigns for DTC or e-commerce brands Experience with Meta whitelisting / partnership ads Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid social performance Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators and influencers Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to identify high-converting creator content Strong understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, and CAC Experience using influencer sourcing tools, creator databases, or outreach systems Bonus Points Experience scaling creator programs for 7-figure or 8-figure brands Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, or consumer products Existing creator/influencer network What You’ll Be Measured On Performance of partnership ads ROAS and CPA improvements Number of winning creator partnerships Volume and quality of creator sourcing Speed of testing and iteration Why Join Afina?
