We are seeking an experienced Interim IT Procurement Specialist to lead procurement strategy and commercial negotiations for a large-scale digital transformation programme.
This is a hands-on role focused on managing complex software licensing and supplier agreements, ensuring commercial arrangements are future-proof and deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities*Lead procurement and tender processes for software and implementation partners
*Negotiate high-value software, SaaS, and professional services contracts
*Review and optimise licensing structures to drive cost efficiency
*Ensure suppliers are commercially aligned with delivery expectations
*Partner with senior stakeholders to support technology investment decisions
About You*Proven experience in enterprise software and SaaS procurement
*Strong track record negotiating complex vendor agreements
*Expertise in licensing models and large-scale renewals
*Experience sourcing professional services and implementation partners
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
