Are you a Social Housing Rent Accounting specialist who can hit the ground running? Do you have experience setting rents and advising on complex housing scenarios? Can you provide short-term leadership whilst covering a critical gap in a busy Income team?
My client is seeking an Interim Rent Accounting Manager for an initial 6–8 week assignment. This is a hands-on role focused on rent setting, rent policy and providing leadership to a small Income team during a period of absence.

This is a genuine specialist role. Whilst there is some team management responsibility, the priority is securing an experienced rent professional who understands the legislation, technical requirements and practical challenges surrounding rent setting within Social Housing. Hybrid working is on offer in an easy accessible Hertfordshire office.
