About the Internal Account Manager Opportunity: This is a sales led role focused on growing and retaining an assigned portfolio of customers through renewals, re-signs, and upselling additional products and services.
You’ll run outbound sales campaigns, build a strong pipeline, and take ownership of opportunities from start to finish.

Who We Are Looking For: Experience in a sales driven role (account management, internal sales, telesales, or B2B sales) Proven success in upselling, growing and retaining existing accounts Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness Target driven and motivated by commission Organised with good CRM and pipeline management skills Experience in telecoms, IT, or managed services (desirable, but not essential) What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and growing revenue from an existing portfolio of business customers Identifying and closing new sales opportunities through renewals, re-signs, upselling, and cross-selling activity Running structured outbound sales campaigns aligned to business priorities Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records Acting as the main commercial contact for your customers and understanding their needs to support satisfaction and retention Why Enconvo? 23 days’ holiday, increasing with length of service, plus an extra day off for your birthday Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay Access to Perkbox discounts across hundreds of retailers Company funded healthcare and life cover Additional benefits available as part of the wider package What’s In It For You?
