Key Responsibilities:In this varied role, you’ll work on both support and implementation projects, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Typical duties include:
*Providing on-site fault support and resolution
*Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover
*Collaborating with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions
*Inputting into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work
*Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:We’re seeking a motivated and proactive professional who can hit the ground running:
*Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role
*Networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential)
*Strong organisational and planning abilities
*A hands-on, problem-solving approach with attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
*Experience as an IT Service Engineer would be advantageous
