The Role
Weâre looking for a proactive Delivery Manager to take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring seamless execution, strong client engagement, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of smallâmid scale projects with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain robust project plans, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Manage budgets and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost control
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment to expectations and business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure the right skills at the right time
- Monitor team performance, providing direction, feedback, and support to enable delivery excellence
- Ensure service quality consistently meets or exceeds client expectations
- Resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively across clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve delivery efficiency
- Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of services
- Provide subject matter expertise across relevant product or service areas (where applicable)
