As an IT Service Desk Technician, you are the face of IT for the department. The IT Service Desk Technician will provide first-line support and escalate unresolved issues in line with agreed procedures.
The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional IT support. Managing daily workload of support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution within our published service level agreement.
