What will you be doing?
As an IT Service Desk Technician for British Engineering Services Group, you will provide firstâ and secondâline technical support to users across the Group, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently, securely and in line with agreed service standards. You will play a key role in delivering a reliable, userâfocused IT service, working closely with the wider IT team.
