*Experience using ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
*High level of stakeholder communication and engagement is essential
*Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively within a busy support environment
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider IT team
The successful IT Support Engineer you must be able to commit to 5 days per week onsite within central Manchester.
