Overview
We are seeking IT Support Interns to join our growing IT operations team. This internship will allow you to gain hands on experience in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and learning how to maintain IT systems in a professional business environment. You will be mentored by experienced IT professionals and get exposure to enterprise level tools and technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first level support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems reported by users.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Help with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Monitor system performance and escalates complex issues to senior staff.
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Support network troubleshooting including LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Assist with software deployment and updates across systems.
- Provide support for Office 365 and email configurations.
- Help with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Shadow IT engineers during server and cloud related tasks.
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance checks.
- Participate in daily IT team stand ups and meetings.
- Learn ticket management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow/Jira.
- Gain exposure to backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Assist in end user training and support documentation.
