Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1st and 2nd line support across client networks and end-user environments.
*Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating where appropriate.
*Deliver clear and professional communication via phone and email.
*Provide remote support and occasional on-site assistance as required.
About You:
*At least 1 year of experience within an MSP or a demonstrably high-volume, fast-paced support environment.
*Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments and cloud technologies.
*Comfortable working across a mix of 1st and 2nd line support tickets.
*Flexible approach to working hours when required.
*Full driving licence & access to your own vehicle.
