* Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable.* General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs* Using a PDA to manage and record daily works.* Working on a rota basis on call out of hours.

Requirements:-

* Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience* Full UK driving license* Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery* Other trades are preferred but not essential
