Junior Accountant (AAT Studier)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant currently studying towards their AAT qualification to join a manufacturing company based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to gain hands-on experience while continuing their studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
- Supporting month-end reporting and journal entries
- Assisting with VAT returns and financial compliance
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Providing general support to the wider finance team
About You
- Currently studying or working towards AAT (Level 2, 3 or 4)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
