What you’ll be doing
This is a rare opportunity to join the design department of award-winning publisher at a Junior Designer position.
You’ll be supported by the Art Directors to develop your skills and work across the whole of Little, Brown’s publishing. Working on the below, plus more:
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a talented, motivated and eager-to-learn designer to join the Little, Brown Design team. Somebody whose portfolio shows creative potential and a passion for book design whilst also having an interest in how design connects with different audiences.
A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential and an understanding of print production techniques if preferred.
You’ll be comfortable working in a team and sharing your work, also collaborating and communicating with colleagues in editorial and other departments across the company. We’d love a strong grasp of typography and see you take pride in your attention to detail. You will be able to multitask and embrace changes in priority.

The role will be based at our London office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
