We need a Graduate/Junior Motion Graphic Designer who loves working across a wide range of integrated capabilities, including video content, social, print, and outdoor.Be great at this stuff:Platform Versatile: Comfortable designing for everything from TikTok 9:16s to OOH screens.Motion Foundations: A solid understanding of the principles of animation (easing, timing, and weight).Collaborative Execution: Working effectively to a design brief by contributing ideas and presenting finalised concepts by the deadline.Creative Bravery: Thinking creatively to push boundaries while still respecting brand guidelines.Social Savvy: An understanding of how content lives and breathes on social media.Show you have this stuff:Technical Toolkit: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.Design Fundamentals: A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and grid structures.The Right Attitude: Being open, flexible, and ready to hit the ground running.[BIG PLUS] Camera Skills: If you have experience filming or know your way around a camera setup, shout about it.
