Our firm operates globally with regional presences in the US, London (UK), India, Vietnam and Singapore. Our firm also has lawyers and professionals located in India, Vietnam, Philippines and Italy.
Role Description
We seek a US qualified lawyer ideally experienced with preparing and filing E1, L1 and Eb5 applications.
The role can be based anywhere in the world with work from home flexibility. This lawyer will oversee paralegals and manage client cases and provide legal guidance and support. Candidate must be willing to assist with the management of the firm’s administration as it pertains to business visa cases.
The ability to generate cases and build a practice is supported bu the firm’s marketing team and rewarded under the firm’s incentive program.
Qualifications
- Experience in immigration law, including L1, E2 and EB5 categories.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Legal research and writing abilities
- Knowledge of US immigration laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in US State.
