Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Business Lecturer with a holistic approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality lectures, workshops, and seminars on motivation, leadership, and core business disciplines. We deliver motivation and inspiration, not just TED Talks, but reaching the heart as well as the mind.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business and Leadership concepts with the ability to deliver motivational and engaging lectures.
- Skills in Curriculum Development and Knowledge of the latest industry best practices and trends.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Proven experience in Research and preparation of educational content.
- Experience in Mentorship and Guidance to nurture students’ professional growth.
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in teaching or corporate training, particularly in a business-related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and thrive in a multicultural environment.
