Role Description

This full-time, on-site Lecturer in Public Services role, based in Colindale focuses on delivering high-quality, engaging educational content within the field of public services. Responsibilities include designing and delivering curriculum-aligned lessons, assessing and providing constructive feedback to students, mentoring learners, and contributing to curriculum development. Collaborating with peers to enhance teaching strategies and staying current with educational methodologies are also integral to the role. Travel may be required for professional development or outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Public Services subject matter and curriculum development
• Proficiency in developing educational materials and delivering engaging lessons
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork abilities
• Proven ability to assess and provide feedback to students thoughtfully
• Prior teaching experience in public services or a related field is preferred
• Level 5 Diploma in Teaching or equivalent ( or working towards one)
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology-based instruction
• Cultural competency and experience working in a multicultural environment
