Legal Administrator
A dynamic, multifaceted leading UK law firm that provides a wide range of legal services to a creative and entrepreneurial client base is looking for a dedicated Legal Administrator to join their London Property office. You will have previous admin experience and/or customer service experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and prestigious team.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Administrator:
File opening and closing processes, including post completion routinesAdmin tasks for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme auditsPhotocopying and scanningAll aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses.Maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents. Managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, Microsoft Office and Search Acumen. Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance.Managing workload issues; takes ownership of enquiries and ensures any issues are referred/delegated to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion.Providing ad hoc support to the group as required including searches and research.
