The Role:
You will play a key role in enabling University staff and students to confidently adopt and use Microsoft 365 as part of the Modern Work Programme (MWP), taking a proactive and user centred approach to identifying support needs, productivity challenges and opportunities to improve ways of working.By providing accessible, high-quality guidance and support and engaging with staff and students to understand how Microsoft 365 is used in practice, you will help reduce barriers to effective use of the platform and promote consistent, secure and efficient ways of working. Through this, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Universitys digital workplace, building trust in Microsoft 365 and supporting the Universitys wider digital transformation and modern work objectives.
The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 8 July 2026.
