About the role
As a Maintenance bricklayer, youll deliver day-to-day repairs across our homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and right first time.Working in both occupied and void properties, youll carry out a range of tasks – from brickwork and external repairs to associated trades – using your skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Youll manage your own workload, meet agreed timescales, and work closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and a customer-first approach.

– Pre employment requirements- The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.
Working hours
You will be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
