Hours – 26.5 per week: Mon–Fri 22.5 hours, plus Saturday 4 hours
Salary – £28,000–£31,000 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience)
Contract – Permanent, part-time
About the role
This is a role at the heart of how we look after our patients. You’ll be the first voice many of them hear, often
older adults at home, sometimes anxious about their appointment or recovery.
You’ll work closely with our physiotherapy team, scheduling visits across the UK, handling calls and emails,
typing up clinical correspondence, and keeping the day moving. It’s varied, it’s busy, and it matters.
You’ll work from home four weekdays and Saturday, with full training delivered in person at our North
London base before you start.
What your week looks like
• Scheduling and diaries: coordinating home visits across our physiotherapy team, working around
patient availability and travel logistics.
• Calls and emails: booking new patients in, answering questions from families, following up on
rescheduled visits. Warm, clear, professional.
• Patient records: keeping our systems clean, accurate, and up to date.
• Supporting the team: jumping in on the admin tasks that keep the service running smoothly.
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you can tick most of these:
• Previous admin experience in healthcare or a medical setting
• A genuinely warm, professional telephone manner
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple systems at once, and quick to learn new software
• Able to work independently from home, organise your own day, and use initiative
• Genuine team player who enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative environment
About Home Physio Group
We’re a UK-wide private physiotherapy provider specialising in home visits. Our patients are often older
adults recovering from surgery, a fall, or a long-term condition, people for whom getting to a clinic is hard, painful, or impossible.
We’re a small, close-knit team, growing steadily, and proud of the standard of care we deliver. You’d be
joining a group of people who genuinely care about the work and look after each other. xhkmmrq
