*Your Key Responsibilities*
* *Mechanical & Electrical:* Efficiently strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components.
* *Diagnostics:* Conduct thorough fault-finding and system checks using modern diagnostic tools.
* *Precision Repairs:* Replace damaged systems strictly to manufacturer standards.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the paint and panel teams to ensure a seamless repair flow.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of work performed for quality assurance.
*What You’ll Bring*
* *Experience:* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an MET Technician.
* *Credentials:* IMI or ATA qualification is highly preferred (but not essential for the right candidate).
* *Technical Literacy:* Ability to interpret complex technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
* *Standards:* A keen eye for detail and a “right first time” mentality.
* *License:* A full UK driving license is required.
