My client a leading provider of metering services within the UK energy retail sector require a Meter Reader in the Basingstoke area. You will be part of a dedicated Metering team responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing gas, electricity, and water meters. The position involves working outdoors, often walking several miles daily, and requires a self-motivated and energetic individual who can manage appointments and work independently. The role requires adherence to strict screening and vetting standards, including providing a five-year employment history and passing a DBS check. A full UK driving licence is essential. This is an ongoing contract paid at £12.60 per hour via PAYE.
