Mobile Vehicle Technician providing servicing, maintenance and repair, via prebooked appointments, at customers home address or place of work. Permanent / Full time role Shift and schedule for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role Home based, working 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday) 8am 8PM, working 1 in 4 Saturdays. 1 day of overtime per month = £3,000 additional per year; 2 days of overtime per month = £5,000 additional per year, completely optional more flexibility, more reward. Job Responsibilities for the Mobile VehicleTechnician role Servicing and repairing vehicles (including EVs) customer selected location e.g. driveway, office car park. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues. Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. What youll need to be considered for the Mobile VehicleTechnician role Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent) Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles. Either in a workshop or mobile vehicle type role.
