Hours

40 Hours per week – Permanent Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Mobile Premises Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Delivering PFI standards for the site, ensuring compliance with contractually set standards and Health and Safety regulations.

Supporting the Facilities Manager in providing an exceptional on-site facilities management service. Performing building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps. Handling litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning all areas. Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to building users.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for you if you:

• Have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.

Can communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships. Are skilled at liaising with contractors and updating site records promptly. Can manage site security, ensuring all doors and entries are locked and unlocked as needed. Hold a full UK Driver’s Licence.
