We are seeking an experienced and motivated Night Shift Chef Supervisor to join our brand-new Eurest operation at Amazon in Kettering. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef with leadership experience to oversee night-time food service operations, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As Night Shift Chef Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen during overnight operations. You will lead by example, supporting and developing the team while ensuring food is prepared and served to the highest standards in a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the night shift kitchen team.
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food in line with company standards.
• Ensure all food safety, allergen, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
• Coordinate food production and service to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Act as the key point of contact for kitchen operations during night shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Chef Supervisor, Senior Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for delivering quality food.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to remain organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and reliable approach to working night shifts.
