An exclusive care provider is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager – ideally nurse qualified but will consider a Manager with extensive Nursing Home experience. This is a permanent position at a stunning, well-respected service in Lincoln. This facility boasts a cinema room, hairdressers, and all the little luxuries to ensure residents are care for. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee a large nursing home
– Ensure high standards of care and service delivery
– Utilize strong business acumen to drive home performance
– Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Encourage and support initiative and innovation among staff
Qualifications:
– RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualified – Or experienced Manager within Nursing environment
– Proven experience managing a large care home
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
