Orthopaedic Team Lead – Theatre
Full Time – 37.5 Hours
The Role
At Ramsay Health Care UK, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are guided by our ethos of “people caring for people”, and we are looking for an inspirational Orthopaedic Team Lead to help drive excellence within our Theatre Department.
In this role, you will work in a modern, well-equipped environment, supporting high-quality patient care while leading and developing your team. You’ll benefit from access to outstanding facilities, including theatres with laminar airflow systems and state-of-the-art integrated theatre technology, enabling you to deliver care to the highest clinical standards.

Essential Criteria
HCPC/NMC Registered Theatre Practitioner (ODP/RGN)
Demonstrate ability to lead a team
5 years post registration experience
Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Planning and organisational skills including good computer skills (MS Office package) Flexibility and adaptability
Mentorship Qualification

ALS Provider
Surgical First Assist
