This new addition is designed to enhance the employee experience by providing high-quality beverages, fresh offerings, and a welcoming space for connection and collaboration throughout the workday.This is a part time (morning hours, 27 per week) coffee shop assistant role in the organisation’s subsidised internal coffee shop. The role combines hands-on barista duties with serving our colleagues and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and refreshments to internal customers and clients.Maintain consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Work within agreed cost parameters aligned to the subsidised operating model.Maintain effective working relationships to ensure quality, value, and service standards are met.Administer and maintain the EPOS system (Square Up), ensuring accurate product listings and pricing.Experience & Skills Requirements:1. EssentialExperience in a barista or café / coffee shop assistant role.Experience using EPOS systems (Square Up desirable).Excellent customer service skillsStrong organisational and administrative skills.2.
