About The Role
As Payroll & Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and core accounting processes. Working closely with senior management, you will provide reliable financial information, maintain robust controls, and support effective business decision-making. The role offers broad exposure across payroll, ledgers, credit control, reconciliations, and management accounting, with the autonomy to drive improvements and enhance efficiencies across the finance function.
