Payroll Coordinator & HR Admin Job at London Full Time

Tiger has partnered with a fabulous entertainment and hospitality business based in Soho, who are seeking a proactive and hands-on Payroll Manager / HR. This is an exciting time to join the team – with multiple projects underway and the business going through a period of growth!

Experience with Fourth Hospitality software is vital, as well as experience solely managing payroll as this is a large part of the role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

This role will be vital in supporting the payroll function, ensuring it runs smoothly. You will take full ownership of the monthly payroll process for around 800 employees, and act as the first point of contact for HR and Employee Relations matters (working alongside an HR manager). You will also support with ad hoc duties as required.

• Payroll – prepare and check monthly payroll information, update records for new starters and leavers and changes to pay or hours
• HR – acting as the point of contact for any employee relations queries, provide advice on absence and performance matters, undertake references and induction paperwork
• Administration – maintaining updated employee records, running reports, supporting payroll and people projects
• Ad hoc support – with general office administration, facilities, and maintaining a positive work environment

WHO YOU ARE:

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience managing the payroll for a larger organisation, with the confidence to manage proactively and autonomously, as well as HR support
• Software knowledge of Fourth Hospitality essential
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with payroll data
• Approachable, supportive and able to build strong working relationships

9am-6pm, 1 day WFH
Start ASAP, Temp-to-Perm
£25.00 per hour + holiday pay
Salary: £50,000
