Private Client Equity Partner / Solicitor – Birmingham – Salary up to £200,000 + 30% Bonus + Benefits
A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to join its established Birmingham team.
This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Birmingham offers high-quality HNW work, a strong national platform and the chance to play a key role in shaping and growing a well-resourced private client practice.
The Role
- Lead on complex private client matters including estates, trusts and succession planning
- Act for HNW individuals on tax, wealth structuring and lifetime planning
- Handle complex estate administration and trust matters
- Play a senior role in client relationship management and retention
- Drive business development and strengthen referrer networks in Birmingham
- Work closely with partners nationally on cross-office matters
- Support mentoring and development of junior team members
- Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the private client team
The Candidate
- Senior Solicitor operating at Partner level or already an existing Partner
- Strong technical expertise across private client and tax matters
- Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients
- Proven track record in developing client relationships and workstreams
- Commercial and strategic mindset
- Strong leadership and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and motivated to grow a Birmingham-based practice
