London, UK: Travel May be required We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Product Engineering Lead in our Global Technology Practice to spearhead our technical development efforts within a fast-paced, agile environment. This is a critical leadership role for an individual who deeply understands both the technical intricacies of product development and the strategic imperative of bringing high-quality products to market quickly and effectively. You will be instrumental in guiding our engineering team, driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and iteration of our products. Technical Vision & Strategy: Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to define and translate product strategy into a clear, actionable technical roadmap. Launch & Delivery Ownership: Lead and manage the end-to-end technical execution of product features and new products, from conception through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Engineering Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented engineers. Champion best practices in software development, including design patterns, coding standards, testing methodologies, build processes, and deployment automation. 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or management role overseeing product development teams. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture. • Exceptional understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Strong architectural design skills and experience building scalable (vertical and horizontal), fault tolerant, and secure applications. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
