EPC Project Manager/ Renewable Energy (Solar & BESS)
Global EPC | Renewable Division
Hybrid position – London office with Site visits nationwide
About the Company:
A global EPC organisation listed on the London Stock Exchange is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its expanding UK Renewable Energy division with a growing portfolio of Utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects.
The Role
The Project Manager will join the construction team and lead the delivery of Solar PV projects, working closely with Site Engineers, Design & Engineering, the Project Director and Finance, externally with subcontractors, suppliers and clients/developers. They will ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Coordinate with site engineers, design & engineering, finance, and project leadership teams
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients/developers
- Assist with cost tracking, documentation, and change management
- Support compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Attend site visits and project meetings as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical or civil engineering or Renewable energy. MSc is considered an advantage
- Certification in Project management e.g. MBA / PMP / PRINCE II is considered an advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in execution, construction, and commissioning of EPC projects
