An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Property Help Desk Advisor located at Meadowfield Depot working within the Strategic Facilities Management Service.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will work within the Property Help Desk Team, providing support to the Service Delivery Manager and the wider management team within Strategic Facilities Management and Corporate Property and Land. The post holder will be responsible for the taking telephone calls, web portal requests and email requests from clients and service users in relation to technical property related issues.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You must have 4 GCSEs (A-C grade) or equivalent educated and must have significant experience of working in a customer focused environment. Although flexi time applies to this role the post holder will be expected to cover the hours based on operational needs.
