Purchase Ledger Clerk Job at Doncaster, South Yorkshire Full Time NEW

We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a market leader based in Doncaster (office–based). This is an 11-month maternity cover position with an immediate start.

Applications from candidates with Purchase Ledger experience, or with strong administration/data-entry skills and good attention to detail, will be considered.

Reporting to the Team Leader, duties will include:

• Batching, coding and inputting high-volume invoices onto the system.
• Ensuring invoices are authorised for payment.
• Dealing with queries.
• Liaising with internal staff and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Updating and maintaining supplier accounts.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

• Good IT skills are required.
• You will have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
